I’m Kelly, born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, later relocating to Saint Augustine to pursue education and a life in the sunshine state.
I graduated from Flagler College in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology after completing my studies at the University of Delaware.
As a licensed Community Association Manager, I gained extensive knowledge of over 50 homeowners and condominium associations throughout Saint Augustine.

Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, I bring a unique perspective shaped by both Northern roots and Southern experience. After attending the University of Delaware and later relocating to St. Augustine to study at Flagler College, I built a strong academic foundation in criminology and sociology, graduating in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree.
My professional experience as a licensed Community Association Manager with Alsop Property Management gave me in-depth knowledge of homeowners and condominium associations. Working with over 50 associations in the St. Augustine area, I developed a strong understanding of community rules, property operations, and the details that matter most in real estate decisions.
I am passionate about helping clients feel informed and confident throughout their journey. With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative eye for design, I bring both practical knowledge and a thoughtful approach to every transaction.
